1. What does your packaging look like?
We use discreet, minimalist packaging for all orders. Your items will arrive in plain, unmarked shipping boxes that give no indication of the contents inside. All products are carefully protected with bubble wrap to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
2. Where do you ship to?
We’re proud to offer worldwide shipping through our network of carrier partners. We can deliver to nearly any country, except for those where our product category is restricted by local laws and regulations.
3. How long does international shipping take?
All orders ship from our warehouse in China. Most international deliveries arrive within 1-3 weeks, though exact delivery times vary depending on the destination distance and which carrier service handles your shipment. 4. How can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package’s journey. You can use this to check your delivery status in real-time.
5. How quickly do you process orders?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may occasionally take slightly longer.
6. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We provide a gift wrapping service where you can select from our available packaging designs and include a personalized gift message. Please note that because these gift cards require customization, orders with gift wrapping may take an additional 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please email us immediately at lyn@dominantpulse.com with your order number and the corrected address. We can only process address changes for orders that haven’t yet been shipped.
8. How do I use my coupon code?
After adding items to your cart, proceed to Checkout where you’ll find a “Gift card or discount code” field. Simply paste or enter your coupon code here and click “Apply” to redeem your discount.
9. Can I modify my order?
For unshipped orders, we can update your shipping address. Additionally, if requested within 24 hours of purchase, we can accommodate changes to product colors and sizes.
10. Can I cancel my order?
We receive orders immediately upon submission. Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase at no charge. To cancel, please contact us at lyn@dominantpulse.com. Successful cancellations within this 24-hour window incur no fees. If payment was already processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
11. Can you tell me my order status?
We proactively keep you informed about your order progress through email notifications. You’ll receive updates when we receive your order, dispatch your package, process any returns, or need to communicate important product information.
12. I didn’t receive my order confirmation or tracking email
First, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t locate the email, contact us at lyn@dominantpulse.com and we’ll promptly resend all necessary information.
